Enterprise Zero Data Retention (ZDR)
Our cloud evaluation architecture operates under enterprise Zero Data Retention agreements with Microsoft Azure OpenAI Foundry:
- Ephemeral Inferences: Uploaded photo crops and evaluation prompts are processed entirely in volatile GPU/CPU memory during inference and are discarded immediately upon response delivery.
- Zero Logging: Prompts, reasoning outputs, and image pixels are excluded from diagnostic cloud logging and model review queues.
- 100% Copyright Retention: Photographers retain all title, copyright, and moral rights to uploaded photographs and generated metadata sidecars.
Data Encryption at Rest & In Transit
- In Transit: All client-to-cloud communications enforce Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) with modern cipher suites.
- At Rest: Original RAW files, WebP proxies, and database records are encrypted with AES-256 keys managed in Microsoft Azure Key Vault.
